Do I prefer SOAD to Scars and Serj going solo? Absolutely. Does that mean Scars and Serj are terrible without being a part of SOAD? Hell no.

i believe that system will only get back to tour, dont you guys see scars on broadway IS system of a down, just without serj, shavo has been playing with scars recently. serj is on his own thing now, anyways why would they need serj if they have daron to sing? if they need another singer thats up to them. i DOUBT system will get back to make new stuff, as good as they were theyll never reach what they were before, now its scars on broadway guys. system did the same exact thing guns n roses did.

In a interview in some guitar magazine they said that AFTER their European tour this summer they're releasing one, (I mean they only have like four so it'd be nice for there to a new one anyway). S.O.B isn't really the S.O.A.D though, they're style of music really isn't the same I mean granted same lyrical set up but that's obviously because Daron wrote S.O.A.D's for the majority. And Guns N Roses did get back together (I think) for one final album?=]

It's just a situation of people not wanting good bands to change even the slightest or else it's "ruined". Personally, it's not like they destroyed the older songs of S.O.A.D so why complain about it at the moment when it's not up to us and just listen to some Steal This Album or Mesmerize? I hadn't even realized Shavo had moved to S.O.B honestly ( haha).
