David Jones is my best friend's little brother. I've watched him play since little league football. Ever since we were in junior high and high school, and played football in our back yards, we knew David had the potential to be great.
I hope on everything that some NFL team will give him a chance. He's a great player, and a great kid. He definitely deserves it.

He played at Belfry High School in KY but he's from Red Jacket WV? What's up with that? Great player though!

He transferred from Matewan High School in WV to Belfry KY his junior year. He was THE star at both schools, but Belfry was bigger and better, and it gave him a much bigger and better opportunity to get noticed by colleges. It was the best thing he could have done, cause if he stayed at Matewan where I went to school, he would probably never have gotten the opportunity to play in the SEC.

still on the loose....ARE YOU KIDDING?? David Jones made a play right here that even Michael Vick would give a thumbs up to. We still lost the game but who would have ever thought that a Kentucky player could escape that many tackles, go all the way back to the 20 and bulldoze over another defender at the 5. It was one heck of an effort and would have probably been a Sportscenter Top 10 if he had gotten one more yard and got in the endzone.
