I seem to remember that there is some wave-like motion of the upper body that's not technically a breaststroke kick and can be used. According to Wikipedia, Michael Phelps employs it. I can't see clearly what lane 2 is doing in the video, but fly kicks outside of the pullout are a huge no. Perhaps they should bring in officials from all countries to eliminate bias? o-o

Yeah, he is doing a dolfin kick inbetween each breaststroke kick. That's crap... I don't have much luck at swim meets with officials either

@haylie78424 There are a million and one ways to lose an arm.. and he is in the paralympics because well.. he only has one arm so he couldn't swim in the normal olympics, it would extremely unfair competition.
