They came up with the mechanics of the game but another company, Neowiz in this case, can use this idea and tweak it so that they may use it in a seperate game. Like how in most console based FPS 's allow ADS.

However, it may use the same play style, there is no infringement. Again, look at console shooters, theyre all essentially the same. but you may be correct in the opinion that the it sucks in that way but that is after all the way the world we live in operates.
