It's a minor detail but I couldn't help noticing :-)
The spelling should be "AN" MTB event, since the a/an-rule is about how you pronounce "MTB". It starts with the vowel sound |em| in |em ti:'bi:| .
Unless of course you want to pronuonce "MTB" |maʊntən baɪk| but then I suggest that you write "mountain bike".
