Stephen Colbert makes a living at being funny. Our mayor is supposed to do a good job for Oshawa, not playing games with some comedian. Maybe he should stick his nose out of the hockey team and other shit that's useless. If he wants to gain recognition, which is what he tried to do, maybe he should do something good for the city, instead of sitting back and raising taxes everytime there is a need for money.
