Good driving. I'm still a teenager but my favourite and dream car is the evo IX GSR. 1 question though (as a big drift fan) can you make an evo X oversteer this well in dry conditions?
@Jordzindaplace Well... you would put a lot of tension on your car. I wouldnt do it to an expensive car like this (if it was mine). Its begging for trouble! Buy a rear wheel drive car if you want to spin around on dry surface.
i wonder how long it was taking to over heat the tranny..... seems to me like drifting through every Conner would heat the tranny up more (more rpm's) i dont know i drive an acura RSX-s ive taken it to the track it runs well but every day driving to me i like to drive an auto. seems like a good option for though that dont want to drive manual everyday (ive been driving manual seance i was 16)
Mitsubishi could never make a dual clutch automatic as good as GT-R,tired of changing transmission for Mitsubishi Fuc**** over heated transmission, get your self a 5sp or a 6sp if they ever comeout...leaved dual clutch auto for F1 car better, they don't over heated
@GrandMasterBison ....have you ever rebuilt your tranny YET kid????....Automotive manufacture...trying to built this dual clutch auto for peoples who's don't know how to drive manual shift...and for peoples who's complain too much about EVO making too much noise when driven...this cock sucker should be shot...they better of drive a Cadillac Limo than drive this rally and want luxury automatic dual clutch shift bullshit
Manual stick shift is best...pedal shifters are for rookies...it's not like ur as going fast as F1 cars or Indy cars to use pedal shifters. my opinion.
The dual-clutch, paddle-shift-type transmission seems to work pretty well for the Nissan GTR - haven't heard too many complaints about its acceleration or performance. I've always preferred standard transmissions myself, but I just bought an Evo X MR about a month ago and it's made a believer out of me.
Yes you are right, that figure is without the use of launch control. But Swedish Mitsubishi "don´t want the users to know" about the launch control, probably since they know it is hard on the material... About what you saw in the film, you might be correct. It wasn´t meant to be a serious test of the launch control, he was just supposed to drive around the track.

@ltp9735 the evo has a better dual clutch system than the gtr but they both suck and I agree get a 5 or 6 speed

I was thinking to get either the IX or the X.
Is the TC-SST good on the X?

manual 0-100 km/h in 5.4
sst 0-100 km/h in 6.3
are wrong figures...
i will be getting my sst in nov. so no personal test..
but what i know for sure sst with launch control 0-100 km/h is between 4.5 and 5 secs as many evo x owners mentioned...
the SST in the video has a very week launch..i even doubt if the driver used the s-sport mod!!
