It's not a case about bullying its about bipolar. Either you have the extreme high of risk taking, spending money, lack of empathy for others, paranoia... or you have the extreme low of depression where no matter what you do nothing cheers you up and suicide at the time seems like the best option to end the pain.
I'm just wondering if he was medicated or not at the time, because if he was his doctor should have seen that his symptoms were not improving.
