Grandparents are very special....I lost my Papaw a couple weeks ago and wish that I would have recorded his wisdom on video as you have done with your Grandma....very special and very wise words!!

She isnt afraid to tell her age because God has done brought her this far and he isnt going to leave her.....reminds me of a James Cleveland song!

Absolutely loved this video...we all need to listen to our elders no matter what our ages are young or older they have out lived us in years and have more wisdom far beyond our own....She is a very young looking 83 too btw.....: o ) You should get all your older kin folk on video that you can because one day they won't be here and you can go back and relive all the wisdom and good times...: o )

LOL! I loooove how she laughs at herself!! So awesome. She reminds me of my great aunt. Everyday we talk she says the same line, "I was good to my husband! Even when he wasn't nice to me, I cooked him dinner and gave it to him on the regular. He never told me he loved me, and never told me it was good. But I knew he loved me AND it!" LOLOL!! I assume he was void of emotion back in the day. But everytime we talk.. same line .. I just wait for it lol! I love it.
