I've just inspired by this style of accordion music and I'm having a hard time finding more of it. Is there some term to describe the style?

The best way to summarize my love for it is this:

It's amazing accordion playing and it's not polka. I like polka, but it seems a shame to limit the accordion to that genre. It'd be like restricting the oboe to comedic tunes only.

It is 'diatonic accordion/melodeon' music. Button accordion, button box etc. Self composed, instrumental tune. Slow waltz with emotion.

I checked out your website for this tune. I like your playing style. It's not like anything else I've seen on YouTube. Maybe I could be your second boyfriend next to threerow. Beautiful tune. Your melodeon is nice looking. Looks well made. It looks bigger than the other Hyde melodeon.  Is it?

Thank you Melodeonboy. Yes it is bigger - quite a bit. It's more the size of a Hohner Erica I believe. The other is called a 3/4 size box. He makes one smaller that that one too. This one has 3 reeds and stops so I can choose one, two, or three reeds. Also stops on the bass side for the thirds and the low reed.
