@ButtBouncer500 this is just Ramseys version, I think the one i make is better (more classic to the recipe), where you add the pancake into the sauce then fold it, then cook for a few mins, then add the Grand Marnier! So the whole pancake gets sauce, not just poured over it! It is the most intense Orange flavour, only Whisky Marmalade would be its equal that i"ve tasted. ps alot of the best dishes are simple, Banana"s foster is another example of a simple classic...
