  • i would do this before fighting someone just to intimidate the fuck out of them XD

  • still doesn't seem to have real power behind it. Not to mention you will completely lose balance even if they just touch you. It does look sweet though, I could see it being used by dancers. Not fighters though.

  • It is actually harder to learn the b- twist after you've learned the be kick cus you're so used to the movements in the b kick that it comes easily and you forget you're doing something totally different

  • I like when I get momentum when I land, so I always go for another without stopping. Double bkick is really funny to do. ;)

  • when i do it, my knees bend...why? i land properly but is it easier to do it with straight legs?

  • Butterfly Kick is a... KICK! So if you bend your knees while doing it, there is no kick anymore. No kick in kick = gay.

  • its because ur not flexible enough or u sit on ur knees too much and it tends to go back automatically strecth alot more and when in mid air while doing the kick try tensing ur legs

  • yup straight legs= easier, prettier, and good form

  • more beautiful to perform legs straight, and when you bend your legs it creates a bundle that makes a dead weight in the air whereas you can straighten your legs and glide through it.

  • Hi . I started training that kick [ started today lol ] and my body is at 45 degree. Can anyone tell me a good trick to be horizontal ?

    Work on your flexibility if you can't.

  • that´s unfair, i can do the split in both ways (it still hurts a lil bit), but anybody who sees my b-kick says, "u have to improve your flexibility, then it looks good!"

    i guess i just need to practise the b-kick a lil bit more often
