Yeah, this song definitely applies. I stopped caring about my friends because they're only there when it's convenient for them.

I don't view it being sad other than that I thought I had all these friends but realized they were just my friend because of material things or the way I look, etc. So now I'm not there for them, and my support for them is proving to have been more than an asset, it was necessary to what they were trying to accomplish.
