It's actually not that uncommon for Japanese to share bathe. (Hint: Season 1, when Nanoha's father ask Nanoha if she'd like to get in the bathe with him)

Vivid is certainly interesting, the only part that I don't really like is how Vivio change when she transform and the fact that most characters chose Ancient-Velka fist type magic. Personally, I prefer Magical looking moves, like Nanoha's... err... Gundam Wing 01 Lazer cannon...

Otherwise you could pretty much assume they´r full on lesbian. The anime have enough subtext to write a book, the voice actresses have confimred it and when the manga crew (who shipped NanohaXYuuno, mind you) tried to make Nanoha seems more dinstant from Fate they ended up looking like a housewife and a salaryman respectively.

Nanoha built up a friendship with Yuuno, like brother and sister because Nanoha didn't really have anyone in the family that was close to her. Yuuno falls for Nanoha, but she never returns those feelings.
