I remember this melody , It's been a loooooooooong time since I've heard it... I was a little kid then , my brother played this game and my sister and I discussed what he missed or what he should to do next xD, i miss those happy times so much.

I just don't know how I love the tomb raider games for ps1 so much. The newer tomb raiders just are worse and I am worried of the future of tomb raider.

Played this last summer and I'm amazed how well made the game is and how well it still holds up to this day. They really pushed the PS1 to its limit.

I just realized something:all of the original tr games (one through angel of darkness) themes kinda were like extensions of each other however tomb raider aod theme is closer to tr4 rather than tomb raider 5

IMO, TRL, Lara had a really good personality in that one, i know she a fictional character but still :P

I think what makes a good tomb raider game is about 65% dugeons/traps/temples and the other 35% actually shooting/urban environments/ and human enimies.

I've heard about the new tomb raider in 2011, i'm not impressed...its more of an RPG but still has elements of traps and all that.

@Ultimatley That sounds uninteresting, I dont want the RPG factor, I want the edge of my seat, shitting myself when the music comes on and enjoying every moment if it. If they make an RPG I cannot see it being as big as the others.

@Ultimatley Really? Lara annoyed the heck out of me in TRL. The reboot sounds miles better, and really? Even if there are RPG stuff in it, I don't mind, the game needs to take a risk, I'm tired of the series doing the thing over for the past 15 years! Lara's become a joke IMO

Was watching a video about the new Tomb Raider game coming out this year. It reminded me of when i was like 4 and used to watch my mum and dad play it ( it used to freak me out soo much). It made me miss it soo bad i plugged my PS2 in (not my PS1 cuz its got a messed up cable) and played this game. I found it soo hard to get used to playing but it brought back such great memories of when i was 4. I would love it for core to make another Tomb Raider game on the PS3 and Xbox. Come on core!!! You

my favourites are 3, 2 legend and anniversary.I played the 4., when i was 4 years old (with my dad ^^). it was great and funny, but when we were in egypt and the mummys came, i stopped it, because they scared me so much and i couldn´t kill them! maybe the shock is still there, so i can´t play tomb raider 4 anymore :( xD

Tomb Raider is a classic and an all time favourite game in my perspective, it has beautiful and mind blowing soundtracks and for it's time in the 90's it had good graphics that were definetly a little more advanced than other games, but i must say, Crystal Dynamics have taken TR to it's limit, Core would've done better and TR would still be a uniqe and fantastic game. lovely theme 5/5.

What an amazing piece - the the continued vibraphone makes the music so haunting, it really does bring an atmosphere. I wish they would make a new verion of T.R 4 - i'm sure Von Croy would look more realistic when he jumps, lol :)
