This is gonna backfire on Coleman bigtime, win or lose. When Al Gore took it to court in Florida in 2000, neocons screamed at him to give up, but now they are on the defensive. It'd be funny to have all the neocons apologize to Gore for all the namecalling and slander because of the 2000 election. Everything Coleman has done is within his right legally. Franken was the one who was trying to high jack the process by forcing the courts to give him an election certificate before the legal process was played out (MN law does not allow this)

You might like to learn that it's customary for reporters to refer to former members of Congress without their title; only presidents continue to be addressed with their title. (I know because I used to write for a major paper.) Some news organizations, such as the New York Times and the Economist, even refer to sitting presidents and members of Congress without their titles. FOX is breaking standard journalistic procedure because of its bias. I doubt they would address Tom Daschle as "Senator."

I am not a Franken supporter. I didn't vote for the man and I am not a Minnesotan. But in 2000 I recall Al Gore quit fighting for Florida despite that Bush beat him by 576 votes.

Some votes have been counted in Minnesota, cherry picked by a left leaning panel. Not all votes were treated the same, some counted twice. 58% did not vote for Al Franken, the numbers as they are now, are not legitimate.

So I am guessing you would have called for Al Gore to bow out in 2000? Some how I doubt that.

I am actually still pissed at him for not continuing his battle but it was over anyways the Supreme Court sided with the Republicans. It was over. I don't know where you are getting your numbers but Franken is ahead now. They should count all the votes of course, but it looks like Franken is the winner

Franken is ahead, but artificially as the votes were not all counted equally - some counted twice, and some absentee ballots were counted with different standards. There are more votes in dispute than Franken's slim margin. So if you are for counting all the votes, then let's not end this until that happens.
