i had this exact same problem so what i did was made sure i played all 4 rounds of the tournament rather than simulating some of the round and then it worked fine. not cheating by tiger :)

And are you setting the AI scoring to very low or insane if your shooting -13? you need to.
that is why after playing tiger woods games since 2000, I set the tour. the first time around, at 1 round per tournament. the AI players always play in the high 60's the first round and then in the mid and low 50's for the next 3 rounds.It is best to play 1 round for the first go around in the tournaments and then play the regular 4 rounds from then own. way less headaches.

Played the first round at the Pebble Beach (ranked 2nd) and beat Tiger by 9 strokes. Then on the 2nd round Tiger is 74 unger par..................Rediculous. EA needs to come up with a patch or something.
same shit here....pisses me off. Its like hes playing as himself twice. Once when he's playing with you, and then the computer generated score from him. Horrible glitch. I had some minor issues with the game, but had fun. Now Im just pissed, especially since Im now working toward some of the advanced achievements.

@GainesWorthy This same shit happened to me twice...but on the third time the game glitches in your favor because even though I was beating him, it came to hole 18 and Tiger got 5 consecutive water hazards basically letting you win whether or not you did good or not. So just stick out the bull shit and you'll get it.
