Where did you guys get the bulkheads / returns for this setup? I haven't been able to locate any like them and they would be great in my current build. Great videos too, keep them coming!

@cbau45 we get them from our local distributor here in LA. I tried looking for a weblink to provide you so you could order online, but had no luck. If you're still in need of them, give us a call and we can ship them out to you.
Where did you guys get those bulkheads with the returns? I've been looking for some for a rimless 120gal that i'm building but I can't find them like that.
@AweSomo84 by "run up" do you mean cycle? Yes, it should be cycled first. The shots with the fish in them were taken about two months after the installation- once the aquarium had cycled. As far as liverock: the short answer is cost, size, and design. Wet/dry filters accomplish the same biological affect and the lace rock we use is only pennies per pound...as opposed to several dollars.
@btonben23 they are the Coralife T5 Fixtures. 2) 24" with white and blue bulbs. very affortable, very bright and very low wattage...which means very little algae!
Do you have any other spots around the states that you do your work in? (How far are you willing to drive for me to get your quality craftsmanship on my aquarium)?
@taedom We just finished installing a 400 gallon BEAUTIFUL SPS coral reef aquarium in San Diego. We've got all the video- just need to find the time to edit it. I'll keep you posted!
hi i was wondering what kind of sand this is. because i know when you guys put in the water it doesnt look murky at all. do you buy your sand this way or clean it and let it dry?
@awinski999 For years, TidelineUSA sold this type of sand. Lately, they have been out of stock so we get it through our regular distributor. It comes in various sizes, and is clean right out of the bag. Its great!
