i dont make any vids, but i would LOVE to. i would love to get my opinions out there, but i dont have a cam. dont really want my face out there either (yet?) so do you know of a way to make vids with just voice? i have a mic, and know how to use it. i just dont have any movie making software, and i know i can make good ones with moving pics, not real faces, ive seen alot of people do that.

Mercy! Well in RL, I know only a handful of Gays, and we meet infrequently. However, I AM part of a small group of Gay and Gay-friendly web-friends. Our youngest member is about 14, and our oldest is in his sixties.  We talk about anything and everything, the elders giving advise to the youngsters. Shoot, one member graduated High School because of the tutoring she recieved in our chatroom! So, yes, I think that the Gay community IS a community.

Hi, Dan: the generic idea of a gay community is a bit of a misnomer - yes of course we have a distinctive commonality, and we might like to think that we support each other through gay pride, and through common struggle for our rights, and there are indeed gay communities - but all gays do not make up a community. Like all left-handed people don't constitute a community; nor all blacks nor all Englishmen. However, the dictionary does admit the sense of broader communities. More in next post.
