  • This game was pretty damn tough, at least when I was young I remember it being tough. Nostalgic music :)

  • My childhood!!

  • I couldn't pass the second level....

  • NES games were the hardest. but this music kinda sucks. Sorry.

  • @compsciguy youre nuts

  • this game was a bitch when you was a litte kid but i beat it.but man it was hard

  • NES = perfect childhood :)

Little nemo = perfect nes game

    summary = perfect game experience..

  • Wow I was one when the movie came out, and I was one when I saw it. Now I own the DVD!

  • as much as I'm a complete gaming freak, I gotta say I'm more fond of the Little Nemo's comics so much I think that the game just isn't doing it justice at all.

  • There's something very eerie about this game....It seems creepy...

  • man great game want to play this right now . remember watching my dad this all night trying to get off the train level. man thats was before save points

  • Love the music in this game. Would have liked to have seen the music from Nightmare World too. That was truly epic.

  • I love his cocky king-shit run animation.

  • I honestly think this game had one of the greatest soundtracks of all time.

  • such a great game, such a great childhood. Still own this game, it will forever have a place on my shelf. I never even bothered to upgrade from my NES <3

  • beautiful

  • i really loved this game as a kid countless hours playing it

  • I love this soundtrack! In fact, these days I've been having some solo piano gigs and I sometimes break out that ending music in the middle of a set. Really beautiful tune, and fun to improvise over too.

  • omg i usto play this game it was a hard game got pretty far up to the dark world where he gets the rod but never beat the game

  • Man Capcom had a good musical staff.

It still bugs me that he shrinks down and rides the lizard, but hollows out and crawls inside the frog... and when he's the mole, he doesn't even bother to pull up his hood! How insulting to the mole.

  • Damm the nostalgia...this game is a favorite of mine. Thank you for giving me another reason for loving this game, garudoh!

  • A lot of this music strikes me as being like a lot of Pokemon music, am I just imagining this or what?

  • Great video ..Great game! too

  • Come on Nintendo! Put this on the Wii Virtual Console!!!

  • 2nd lavel forever!

  • this game is hard as a mofo. i grew up thinking i was horrible at games because i couldn't beat this, the first ninja turtles game, and battletoads

  • Awesone graphics, fantastic soundtrack, brilliant story - Little Nemo Dream Master.

  • Como me gustaba este juego, que tiempos aquellos...

  • I wish Capcom's licensed games like this, Willow, DuckTales, Aladdin, etc. would come to Virtual Console. This is one of those games that I always played at friends' houses and loved but never got very far and never owned. I'd totally give this one a shot at playing through for $5.

  • @evenmorebetter I'd sell my mom to get DuckTales on the VC man...

  • the comic strip was created in 1912

  • A game, based on a movie, based on a comic strip in the 1900's, its amazing =3

  • from the 40's, not for, my bad

  • I swear, when you first play this(level 1 specifically), it leaves you in awe how the people at Capcom can draw something so beautiful out of a dark comic strip for the 40's

  • The most beautiful soundtrack of the NES. It really feels like a dream...

  • I don't care what you guys say - level 2 is the best.

  • Surprisingly whoever is playing is pretty damn good. Played like us true Nemo pros who spent more time with this game than any other. lol.

  • Capcom's composers are golden.

  • Man, I have such fond memories of this game as a kid. I remember seeing the movie too, but the game just sticks out in my mind so much more.

  • The way the title theme stutters is amazing!

  • One of my most treasured childhood games. I love the movie too. ;D

  • mario can suck it. this is the best first stage song to any Nintendo game

  • This game is just awesome.

  • loooool.

    j'l'ai joué ce jeu à l'époque.

    it was a game.

  • Hmm there seems to be a direct correlation between playing NES and a joyful childhood.

  • @headfonez Funny you say that. I always thought the same thing.

Even though the games would piss me off to no end, at times, I loved every minute of it.

    NES greatest console ever!

  • I like most that last music (I like them all). It could be nice to be remade as saxophone + piano or something.

  • Does anyone know what the name of that last theme is? It's just... *melts* (^_^)

  • The last few seconds is the theme that plays when you finish a level. The song playing before that (right after Sky Ruin) is the ending theme that plays as Nemo is saying goodbye to Camille and waking up. The songs don't really have names.

  • Oh no, now it's stuck in my head all day!

  • Awesome. I was hoping this would be on here somewhere. My first reaction while writing my paper when this came on was "no way". If you actually look for this on youtube, it seems no one knows about it. I love the music in this game, it's amazing! Brings back memories (and I'm only 16)!

  • Capcom NES games really had amazing music. I could listen to the Duck Tales and Mega Man OSTs all day.

  • I agree entirely. What happened to games and music? Why has it gone down the shitter? I mean, Nintendo games still have good music and some good games. Microsoft produces all the "good" games and have singlehandedly destroyed gaming. And Sony's just gone. How did things go so wrong...

  • greatness

  • Have the game (two copies actually) and recently found a copy of the movie on VHS at a value village. Was actually wandering around while my fiancee looked for wool (for knitting).

  • Ever since I was a kid Capcom and great games always went hand and hand. I wish this game would come out for the Wii's virtual console.

  • Loved this music ad kid and i still do.

  • brings back old memories :D

  • Awesome!!! Fun game, miss the movie...

  • Definitely one of my favourite NES soundtracks. I love Junko Tamiya's style. It's just too bad she disappeared after the NES era(?)

  • They very best NES tunes are right here on this game. Played the hell out of it.

  • Glad I came across this -- thanks for doing it!

  • its official. i love u.

yup. u my friend for posting all the greatest games of all time and their perfect music that i still, to this day, hum in my head and make up words to. THIS one being the most clairvoyant in my mind. I swear, every week im listining to level ones song in my head... and singing the words ive made up for it. wow dude... wow.

  • Hehehe, thanks for the love... I guess? Glad you're enjoying my videos man. :P

  • Enjoying videos that bring back memories of a joyful childhood. Thats exactly what i´m doing.

  • The Movie rocked my socks lol

  • Great music. The ending song has to be one of the best ending themes I've heard, at least on the old consoles.

  • @doppleganger4827

I totally agree. That song is so beautiful.

  • @Treasurefan02 It's short, but hypnotical. The rest of the soundtrack is amazing, as well.

  • The memories. This is one of my favorite games.

  • Jeg hadde faktisk tenkt å poste linken til deg!

  • Har de spilt spillet?

  • This game has some of my favorite nes tunes. 5/5
