I believe that he heard voices, telling him to kill them. I don't think this is fake and for money. Who cares about money when something like this is more interesting to investigate. I believe in ghost, and i believe that the Lutz family lived there.

People, I STRONGLY urge you to find the resources on the web regarding what a bogus and lying "researcher" (as he calls himself) Ric Osuna really is. If anyone was out to make money on these incidents, it was Ric Osuna by trying to debunk the whole thing. The man is a lying crook!
