Those slow seal kicks while sitting up...I can make it to 50; I'm a 16 year old female. But then again, I am a dancer & swimmer, so I've had to do them all the time for a while now. lol. Probably my favorite lower ab exercise. Speaking of which, we also have to do v-ups at dance, but not like the ones you showed. What we do is lay flat on the back and v-up with the legs and lift up with arms between at the same time. You don't sit all the way though; that'd be too easy. They're so hard. Haha.
@smart5615 i just did! its not like you get abs the first time you do it it just overtime tones your stomach. usually to tone you stomach you do crunches aka essentially sawyers workout! :)
Your putting alot of pressure on your neck when you did your crunches, try to raise your head not facing ur knees, but facing above ur knees, youll feel a big difference

When I was working my obliques, my ass was killing me because it was on so much pressure on the floor! I had to stop periodically because my ass hurt so bad lol
have you done leg raises/lowers? where you lay flat of your back put your feet in the air at 90˙ and slowly lower them then slowly raise them back up. they kill my lowers abs.
the only way for it to be really effective, is if you do 3 sets of each exercises. so 15-25 reps 3 times. what i do is choose 3 or 4 exercises and then repeat three times! great results.

Sawyer, every time I try to do crunches or exercises like this, my lower-mid back starts to really hurt after only a few minutes! I always make sure my back is flat on the ground and have tried many things, but nothing helps! Why is this happening, and is there any way to prevent it? :/

With bicycles, you are supposed to put your arms behind your head and bring your elbow to the opposite knee, thats how you work out your side abs...
