I am seriously convinced that he does not understand the nature of a Parliamentary democracy. This is NOT a presidential system. The only people who elected Stephen Harper were the people of his riding. Avoiding the will of the majority of MP's is against the interests of this country. Being able to get the Bloc to agree on on pretty much ANYTHING should be seen as a great achievement.
