to thePia6363: Your plenty young enough. Im 38 and did not start competeting unitl i was 27. I dont think i will ever be a world champion but i feel just as good as i did in my early 20s. It just takes longer to heal from illness and injury. Thats all i personally have noticed. My flexibility is a little off in my lower back but its still pretty good for my age and im very proud of my upper body strength. Im also a recovering addict and i dont drink or party and that REALLY helps.

OMG Steven you dance great.... wish i have you as a teacher... tell me somthing...im 28..actualy 29 soon...never danced in my life till 2 years ago...i started with zumba, then reggaeton now belly dance, now i dance all 3 at the same time :D.anyway my mucles are not that strechy i cant do split ect..couse i have not been doing any owrkout till 2 yeas ago... so do oyu think i could with 29 years if i start like soonmanage and learn pool and strech so much, learn split ect.what you all doing here?
