Why is he bobing through the water? His spine is so out of line and he is swimming up hill. Also, his head is too high and out of line with back and hips.
@MrAnybody12345 He's bobbing because he is over reaching in front. This can cause a swimmer to over rotate their trunk so to prevent this they can lift. He glides too much and this is not efficient in freestyle because Glide = deceleration. There is always delay as one arm completes its pull and the other starts but that is where timing comes in and the top swimmers have it. The catch looks okay but the timing is out; he's putting to much emphasis on front quadrant which is out of date now!
