Sounds like the spiders in Stronghold of Security would be best for you. They don't hit very much at all, especially compared to some of the other monsters I showed here. You can access them in both members or ftp, so it's great if you lose members also.

you need the ring of visibility, from doing part of desert treasure(pretty easy quest)
