I have been transitioning to raw for 2 days and it is so hard for me. I am a student, a mom & a wife so I don't have a lot of time for the gourmet recipes. I have the Excalibur & the Vitamix. I am doing great with smoothies & salads, but I need variety. Thanks for this video!!

@Timbodice67 Im new to the thing too, and sushi has been a life savor. You can get raw nori at health food stores, then just load it up with carrot, tomato, romaine, avocado, flax seeds, peppers, or whatever. Spray some bragg's on it and it's pretty solid.
