how did you fix it, i got the same problem

theres a small sleeve that goes inside of the pitch slider, you need to use a wrench that will fit on the flat spots on the sleeve to then tighten it into the pitch slider. if you pinch that sleeve it will cause it to bind on the tail shaft.
