Holla! Have you tried - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my friend got ripped 6 pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.

did the hip hop abs work? I too am incorporating Hip hop abs with insanity... I am from Trinidad and weights are very expensive. I cant really afford to do the P90X
@200alfred its $60 + $12.95 or 3 payments of $19.95 + $12.95. I just ordered the hip hop abs like not even an hr agp and im so excited to b doing cuz i miss my bikini body;( but ik hip hop abs is ganna give it back to me:)
Good luck w/ it. I'm doing the a mix of insanity, hiphop abs and , a local boot camp. For an eating plan, I cut out ALL, white flour, white sugar/corn syrup and white rice. Basically ALL starches are whole grains. Keep It up and Keep us Posted

I'm sure you will do well. What ever you do, make sure it's something that you can incorporate in your everyday life. Sometimes we start stuff and get bored with it. Any exercise is good to do during the week. Lower the sodium in the food you eat. If it's high in sodium, you won't loose the weight. And drink lots of water.
