This episode was broadcast on March 1, 2002 .... during the time when EastEnders was almost like an action thriller or something. You had car chases, more frequent explosions (now it's like once a year or less), guns .... and they actually used them... I can't actually remember the exact point the show went slightly less "action-packed". Probably around 2005.
