What about it is 20Mhz? what are the MIPS?
I have a feeling just refreshing that LCD takes ~2-3 hundred mips. I think you might be able to see a slow slow slow UART signal with it; but i doubt its usfull as an oscilliscope as most multi-meters are faster then what I think the true speed it.
