  • thumbs up for the jailbait to the left

  • wow thats just fucking impressive, I mean fuck seriously thats nuts

  • well jeezus powerlifting christ!!

  • Jesus

  • AWESOME BIG MAN !!!!

  • so thats like half your body weight?

  • @MrRight1297 Lol'd.

  • THAT'S ONE STRONG FAT FUCK

  • very impresive,it looks like its 80 percent technique.most of the strength is prob geting of the rack the rest is the balls to hold it over your head.

  • @goldenboyNJ you are utterly dillusional

  • @eteoklos is that statement based on any knowledge,or just your wishfull thinking

  • @goldenboyNJ lol, i really hope you've never done a push press before, because the ridiculousness of your statement is obvious to anyone who has.

  • @eteoklos hey never said it was easy, just very technical. even a gorilla cant get it with brut strength

  • @goldenboyNJ Push jerk is technical, push press (exhibited here) is much less so.

  • damn this dude is strong

  • Incredible strength dude nice work.

  • holy shitballs, you're one strong guy. mirin.

  • holy crap, what are you 8' 500 lbs? freaking monster

  • Most impressive.

  • @45vincentconnolly Impressive for a retard with a broken arm, maybe. Even then, we're pushing it.

  • young terry hollands

  • yeah he has fat on him, but i rarely see over weight people lift that weight with ease, this dude can probably send a gorilla flying.

  • i do that with one arm....... while your gf goes down on my cock

  • That was clearly a jerk, and not a press, but it's still a shit ton of weight!

  • @chriscoker1 clearly a push press

  • @chriscoker1 not a jerk, when you press, you can use your legs at start. power training.

  • @WatsupBroh In a push press you can use your legs at the START (dip, drive, press). In a push jerk you (what he did) you use your legs to drive the bar up, then re-bend the knees and hips to lower yourself under the bar (dip, drive, press, catch, stand). Simple stuff.

  • @chriscoker1 You forgot that a jerk catch the bar with locked arms. Failure to do that names the lift as a push press, not a jerk.

  • Very impressive! The simple fact is that if the lifter has the desire to reduce his bodyfat level he could do it with a few months of dieting and conditioning work. A few months, that's it. To get to this level of strength requires YEARS of work. I would take his position over a lean guy any day. All hail strength.

  • Beastly!

  • the blonde chick in the background would get cock in and around her mouth

  • Who cares how much you can press when you look like that? I'll stick with pressing my wimpy 185lbs (that's for reps, idk my max because I don't give a fawk) and continue looking great on the beach all summer while guys like this hide under huge clothes. Smdh!

  • @ediek915 Yeah because you're a fucking pussy and cant bench more than 185

  • @rouajohn i only bench 185 for 8 reps =(

  • Tyler Pennick brought me here

  • Yeah! That's How The White Man Lifts The Weight!

  • @SirWillaman i have never understood the lingo people use in the internet world of lifting..

  • niice

  • much respect.

  • that's strength!!! i'm impressed

  • very impressive man

  • love how everyones calling this guy fat and correting his form lmao he just lifted 425 pounds over his head give the guy some respect thats true power right there even poundstone struggles with this type of weight and hes wsm(smh people make me sick)

  • @305zachmia watch?v=McXnEDg_HBk Poundstone does an axle clean and two presses here. I'm fairly confident 425 by itself is not difficult for him.

    This guy is strong though.

  • I bet the people around this guy were thinking, wow, he's about to front squat a lot of weight.

    And then he presses it.

  • Very little push and a whole lot of pressing here.

  • Oh shit!

  • People still talk shit. What a fucking joke. The man put up 425 over his head. That's impressive no matter how big you are. Keep it up, big man.

  • god dam

  • god dam

  • strongfat mode.

  • oh yeah i can 420 kush press not 425 push press

  • Let's see how many pull ups he can do.

  • @nacevedo19 it doesnt matter. hes still stronger than you.

  • @seanannerslover No shit. He weighs twice as much as me I would hope so.

  • @nacevedo19 oh yeah cause pull ups are a great reference point. fact is you will probably never lift 425 pounds of free weight in anyway, in your entire life and he threw it up over his fucking head so shut the fuck up

  • that has to be a record of some sort

  • Shit.

  • Damn you strong

  • i cant do half that.... sadface

  • Somebody's a fatty!

  • Sweet jesus O_O

  • Beast

  • that's serious strength.......

  • also note he inappropriately looks at camera giving away that this was easy for him

  • Do some cardio first.

  • @dovestones lol why

  • @EndlersaurusRex It seems like we're trying to make the same point. The split at the bottom takes it from the realm of being a strict "Push Press" though. At any point when his feet move position (like they did in the split he performed); it is no longer a Push Press. The video is just not named correctly, that is all.

  • @path0gen23 But it's not a jerk. So what would you call it?

  • @EndlersaurusRex a press

  • @TheNandopro Thanks for reading nothing but the last comment to my little debate.

  • That kid is strong but if he doesnt lay off the bacon he'll be in joint braces from head to toe at 35.

  • @EndlersaurusRex A Push Press is a "Dip and Drive" motion. A Push Jerk is that same exact motion, the "Dip and Drive"; then you add the Jerk at the very end. In a sense you jump under the weight, after the dip and drive. If you watch the video, he clearly does a "split jerk" after getting the weight overhead before completely locking his elbows. Hence a "Push Jerk".

A strict military press, is straight from the resting position to overhead with elbows locked, using no leg movement at all.

  • @path0gen23 And yet that wouldn't pass in competition because he didn't jerk the weight up, he had a very clear press. A jerk is different in that is goes dip-drive-dip, whereas a push press just does a dip-drive. He didn't have a clear second dip after the drive (more than many a few inches), which is why the weight didn't lock out without his arms pressing it out.

This is a push press, not a push jerk. If you're arguing the split, then it can be a split push press, but still not a jerk.

  • @onejonjon No that's a military press. Push press uses legs.

  • really incredible

  • so what? I can push press my body weight too!

  • nice, you're strong....now lose some fat off that orca ass

  • fucking beast

  • good work

  • go lighter and do some military press without your legs better doing reps for this if u want more power doing 1 rep does nothing but boost the ego but still heavy shit

  • @Stoksie01 but its a push press... i see no ego in this.

  • @Stoksie01

The fact he can push press 425 pounds would seem to contradict your line or thought in the first place.

  • i can do my body weight to

  • @batmman08 bodyweight? the boston marathon winner must be a pussy to you because he only weighs 150lbs. If he weighed 400lbs. and won the boston marathon then he'd be a real animal.

  • Ehh... Get this guy a coach like broz pendlay or bergener.. Future Olympics there if he reeeeally wanted to.

  • omg so FAT :)

  • @Lass3DK ur the fucking fat one, sitting behind a computer, at least he's exercising

  • @dontbelikedat11 yeah very fat.. 8-9% BF at the moment 6' 3" 265 lbs, I could skullfuck you if i wanted to keyboardwarrior

  • @Lass3DK more like 4"9, virgin, 80 lbs, and lvl 36 in world of warcraft

  • Corn fed. Anyhow... great fucking strength.

  • hows the cardio goin?...here comes the clogged arteries

  • 425 pounds!!!! thats 2 of me!!!!

  • lol at girl staring

  • Still fat doe...

  • I like how he looks at the camera when he locks out with that face like "yeah im a badass"

  • @KingQuickscoping Well he is.. lol

  • i thought he did push press425 times..title is sometimes misleading

  • @doyouknowmeidont Push press what 425 times?

  • thats a strong big ol boy

  • push jerk, not push press. still badass.

  • maybe its time for a cut, hell even if you lose some strength you still have a 400 push press.

  • Blonde girl in the back is mirin

  • @NielsFuckingBohr who's mirin

  • Savage as fuck!

  • this is called lifting silly.but still very heavy weight

  • Much respect for reracking yoour own weights!

  • thats crazy !!!! it looks like he did jump a little to put it up but thats still crazy !!!!

  • Fucking SICK CANT MOTHER FUCKER!

  • sick son!!

  • fat cunt

  • @kickmeout1 pathetic. Probably European as well.

  • @Shoxjie do you have something against Europeans???

  • @kickmeout1

    Hater....

  • I love how the girl doing the leg raises stops and watches after he gets it up haha i know i would to.

  • one day.

ill do a third of this.

  • Awesome lift!

  • bounce it off your chest why dont you

  • That's impressive!

Just be careful; I'd hate to see you tear a rotator cuff like I did.

  • tell me u play football... damn thats fucking crazy..

  • Badass!

  • Umm... it quite clearly says in the title that this is a push press. No shit it isn't a strict press.

  • how much do you weight?

  • It's no doubt heavy, and you have to be strong to do this. But that is the least clean lift I've ever seen, he almost jumped to get it up the first 98% of the way.

  • @jona3s I totally agree with you on this!! This video should have been called "jerks 425 push press"

  • @jona3s it quite clearly says push press, you do jump, just like in power cleans.

  • @jona3s thats how you do a push press. Its not only a shoulder/arm workout but a glute and hip move too.

  • girl in the back ground jizzed a little bit

  • Anyone who sais anything negative about this guys' press, is a fucking idiot. That shit is heavy... the fact he pressed that is awesome.

  • Actually, that is a push jerk.

  • @path0gen23 No, a jerk uses leg drive completely to lock the weight out, meaning as he drops down, the weight is in the lock position before his locks his legs back out. This is very clearly a push press, i.e. a shoulder push with some leg drive.

You're probably thinking of a strict military press.

  • thats crazy but you kinda look like a jacked version of jonah hill

  • @jd194582 actually ive never used one in my life you fag.

  • girl at 0:04 wants his cock

  • Comment removed

  • this is my max squat. just realized that i'm a bitch.

  • I guarandamntee you that if that hot girl on the left wasnt watching him he wouldnt be able to do it

  • bishes be mirin

  • well he lifted his body weight so what ? lol I can do 3 times my body weight

  • @VivaMydick What is your bodyweight?

  • and coolest thing is that he doesn't have a belt

  • I thought I was bad ass with 315 but damn dude. awesome job, bravo.

  • THats insane

  • Holy shit................

  • beast

  • That hot blond girl was checking your ass out bro

  • He raped those girls afterwards, fyi.

  • @Asshole4urmouth actually, he ate them. post workout meal.

  • holy shitttttt

  • This guy has more muscle on his forearm than all of you guys have in your whole body... so stop hatin

  • @qwertyfelix haha acutally mate, my forearms are much bigger than that, I am a body builder, and he used his chest, then his arms, to lift that up...

  • @qwertyfelix probably has more big macs than all of everyone combined too XD

  • @qwertyfelix he doesn't have more muscles, just a bigger one.

  • god what a klutz, slow and horrible form.

  • @rillloudmother Klutz? His form was perfect. It's called a PUSH press for a reason.

  • @StanleyKu he's soft on the bottom of the dip and very slow on the drive. he also misses the timing at the bottom of the dip. but yeah, perfect form, lulz.

  • @rillloudmother I still disagree. Olympic lifters win medals struggling a lot more than he does. His form may not be perfect but certainly not worthy of being called a klutz. It's not exactly a light weight.

  • @StanleyKu you have a right to your opinion, but struggling and good form are 2 different things. it's not that bad though, most lifters in the USA don't have good technique, and speed is something you either have or you don't.

  • I don't care what anybody says any human being that can lift 400 pounds or more overhead is pretty fucking strong!

  • @fearfactor22 it's better when they weigh less than 400lbs, hehe.

  • @rillloudmother I would tag this guy at 300 lbs tops. Still I weigh 185 and I can only shoulder press 120 8 or 9 times so he's still doing way better than me.

  • @fearfactor22 my comment was not meant for your ears. i'm talking to people who are strong.

  • @fearfactor22 lol im doing 125 at 167

  • @fearfactor22 a shoulder press is much harder than a push press.

  • @EndlersaurusRex Thanks for the obvious and irrelevant comment to my post.

  • fat man john

  • i prefer Kevin Levrone doing is shoulder press with 400 pounds 5 times

  • I have to admit, he's pretty damn strong. But the only problem about all these power lifters is the amount of body fat they have. It'd be more impressive if he wasn't so massive, but then again, I'll probably never be able to lift that much.

  • how tall are you

  • People, give the man his props and STFU! All of you critics/haters probably never even SEEN a weightroom, much less attempt this amount of weight. What's worse is MOST of you critics like to give advice as if you're some kind of expert! Just STFU and move to the left...

  • and... hes still fat

  • he just needs to clean it too and boom olympic time well close to it

  • @superiorlongboards Olympians in his weight class can do upwards of 140 pounds more on the C&J then he just pressed.

  • what are you people talking about, it's 425 lbs you have to give him credit for that
