I'm a huge Faber fan but unless he knocks out Penn in the first round (which I don't see happening) Penn would wisely take him to the ground and finish him there. Even Faber said he can't knock him out but it'd have to go to a decision, and maybe only then would Faber win by points but like Faber said himself he can't ko or submit Penn.
