from what i can gather:
the show is called Tattooed Teenage Alien Fighters from Beverly Hills *cringes*, and it seems to me in this scene, this girls mother hired a hypnotist to find out why her daughter is always disappearing, and she's hypnotized into telling the truth: that she's a sentai superhero.
