Damn it! if she wasn't owned by Arika then Blair would've appeared in more SF games. She's one of my favorite characters in the SFEX games along with Pullum, Skullomania, Arena and Hokuto.

Seems like a waste. If they werent gonna port it to home consoles or overseas then they just shouldve just added all these characters to the STREET FIGHTER EX2 Plus cast, polished it up and billed it as EX3. Wouldve been GREAT!!!
