Here's a tip for beating this mission:

1. Shoot any of the drivers, thus failing the mission.

2. Take their bike.

3. Leave the bike close by.

4. Start the mission. Hopefully, the bike will still be where you left it.

5. Doing this mission will be a hell of a lot easier since the bike has superior handling.

6. Beat the mission and keep the bike. Unfortunately, putting the bike in a garage will not keep its handling. So enjoy it while you can.

I think the mission you need to have completed is "Psycho Killer" (the second Love Fist mission).

This mission becomes available after the first Love Fist mission, I think. Kent Paul will call you up and say that he's in the studio with some artists and that you should stop by.

Hmm... I think that Kent Paul is supposed to call you and say that they need some security for the consert and that you should talk to Big Mitch Baker, the leader of the bikers. Then there should appear an icon (an ace of spades card) to the south east of the Love Fist recording studio.

That suit (the "Mr. Vercetti" suit) becomes available once you've completed the Pole Position Club asset.
