Kinda pisses me off when people expect to hear something that sounds exactly like the album. Whats the point? If youre that way why even go see them live in the first place?

I anticipate difference when I go and see a band live, and Ive seen Chimaira and sometimes the timing is different and the vocals are more harsh, but that makes things even better, that's the energy from the show.

I dont know about you guys but the reason I see bands live is for the energy and atmosphere and thats shown here

@ClemsonC17 OK I've listened to the original and compared it, and I still don't hear what you're hearing. He does the double time kick for the first half of the riff and then it slows down, just like on the album.

@vexred he still keeps the beat, but the very opening riff on the album is when he goes double, steady, double, steady really quick in a four count...its slightly different, very complex line. On here he coust double steady only once on the four count. Ive heard other live videos where he does it and where he tries and it sounds like shit. So i guess he wanted to just keep the rythme on the DVD.

actually he is not doing the same thing as on the track on the record.listen from 0.30...he skips the second roll in the bar..and just plays sixteenth notes..instead of tripplets thingysl.but i cant say andols dissapoints me though.he is a cool drummer.cheers people:)

@ClemsonC17 Oops. you are correct. I did go back and check. It's not off by much only on the first four measures. Album version he does 8 16th notes followed by 4 8ths, 4 16ths, 4 8ths then cycles back with 8 16ths. Then switched to 8 notes of 16ths alternating with 4 8ths after those first four measures. Live he just does alternating 8 notes of 16ths and eighths. Good ear. My apologies. I stand corrected.
