I dunno if I'd trust Peter Morici on much economic shit. For starters, he's a big whiner when it comes to protectionism and foreign investment and trade with nations like China. He's produced many "studies" claiming trade deficits "do matter" and tries hard but fails to prove it. He can't accept that trade actually makes us better off. He's one of those 'fair trade' people, I bet.
