  • Ohhhh, I see! So this video was just a test to see which ones are most dominant? I hope this project will work, they have discussed about these kinds of rehabilitation programs using amur leopards and tihers as well :)

  • Hi @90Kirame . The lions also hunt live pray. This is a research exercise to enable the most dominant males to be identified to build the strongest prides. Because the project has to pay for every live animal the lions hunt (from $200-750 per pray) they have to supplement their diet with extra meat to be able to to afford it. These lions will be released into semi-wild environments and monitored. Their offspring who have never had any human contact will be released into the wild.
