The one from DMC2 is the oldest version of Dante since chronologically that is the last game of the series. At least it still looks like Dante, this new one looks nothing like him at all.

If there comes an DMC 5 (wich i hope), then vergil has 2 return but if nero and vergil fights then nero will lose, the only one who has even a chance of victory against Vergil is Dante.
Well, not necessarily... Nero seems about as good as Dante was at the very beginning of DMC3, and you know Capcom created such a likeable character that Nero will have a much stronger focus and role in the next game. And Nero's real power came out at the end of the game.
And whenever Kyrie is in danger, his power seems to, like, double... you never know. Don't underestimate Nero. Besides, it could be further into the future, and Nero could be a lot better. Like I said, you never know...
He and Nero will both return... Vergil is hinted throughout 4, and the order's angelos look a lot like corrupt Vergil. That, and Nero has his sword...

@tfrost01 You can buy the coat from a cosplay site. Though I can't remember which (woops, thats helpful haha). It's quite a good replica actually. Just type something like 'vergil devil may cry outfit' into google n have a good root around, you should come across it eventually.
