It`s true some are getting scammed and have fraudulent transactions but those numbers are dwarfed compared to SME`s that benefited from alibaba`s service. It`s still the buyer`s responsibility to do great research and trust a company your having business to. I do not work for alibaba or anyway connected. I just believe on what they do and their vision
I also wanted to highlight our Fair Play Fund, which is the first program of its kind to take the fees from an Alibaba.com supplier’s membership and use that money to offset buyer losses if that supplier commits fraud. If a buyer suffers fraud from a China Gold Supplier, they are able to apply for a portion of these funds based on the amount of the transaction.
