@atomisk It's not about the technicality of the parts. Its about how they sound. The Chili Peppers sound like nothing else, largely because of Flea's style that he came up with. i´ve now been playing for slightly 4 months and i still have a few problems with basslines like californication and dani california (which are compared to this super easy!)

all the bassists i know are saying that i´m really good for 4 months playing, but actually i think i won´t even come close to David... he´s just super talented at what he´s doing! keep it up, man! you PWN!
