finally it looks as if he mixed a clear gloss with clear red to make a red tinted clear gloss coat. this is all that ive gotten from it so far (what im trying to explain are the bright red areas of the Dom, the arms legs and upper feet) anybody care to help explain whether im right or not because i would love to try this out :}

holy crap thats amazing. ok for all of you fellow modellers out there, i'd really like to know how he pulled this off. if im correct he did a gloss gray basecoat by mixing gloss white and gloss black, followed by a bright red preshading. he then highlighted over this a light orange coat. after this he went over what looks like clear red and clear yellow mixed to give a brighter red.
