Then by knowing the thrust durration of the rocket (ie;how long its under power) and by setting the angle of the Launcher (as seen at 03:13 ) you determine its point of impact. They are about as acurate as tossing a dart blindfolded from 20 feet, or like a WWII V-1 rocket aimed at London. Basicly a "Terror Weapon" not precise at all.
