well, if you park in one spot, close door and i think niko uses seatbelt. But if you start driving without closing the door first, that means you don't use seatbelt. This is like motorcycle, you stop and niko automatically puts helmet, but if you start move you don't get helmet. Confusing?

Doesn't GTA IV have seatbelts? What I know when playing it he will take it on like he take the helmet on when entering a bike.
