The cap in trade bill had 300 pages added to it at 3 am the morning of the vote; the day after MJackson died. (nice distraction huh). The added pages were not available on the floor that morning.

I guess, i'll have to listen to part 2 to find what the big deal is. If the point is that
liberals investing in future carbon exchange markets seems odd...Its no stranger than fossil fuel supporters investing in fossil fuels.
