Dont use Fraps. Use Source recorder, no matter how much you lag, it stays lag-free. also, its free and already included to any source game :D

@Wep0n I think if you're lagging to the point the AI can't take it and the NPCs jump around, that'll show up in a Source Recorder video. But yeah, Source Recorder gives you video at 30fps, regardless of the circumstances at recording. Much better than Fraps if you're going to do anything remotely laggy.

@MegaJohnny Hmm maybe, i stil never had jumping around NPCs yet, just some asyncron sounds, well... maybe its just because VDub is dumb (you convert thee AVi frames with it)

You need to have a steam account, it's only available there. And you need any Source game created by Valve.  Such as Counter-Strike: Source, TF2, Portal, Half-Life 2, etc.

Tip - Disable AI (located at the bottom of the NPC spawn menu) so that they don't move or attack while your positioning them.

I have a downloadable pack that adds new NPCs to the game, you can look for it, its pretty cool.

to the NPCs? in the mod without putting them in a folder

looks tasty, i miss gmod i cant pla no longer because my frigging laptop decided since gmod beta not to display props or particle effects right. instead props fade away and particle effects like fire and blood are now coloured squares.

please tell me any ideas on whats wrong! has my graphics card died? is a mobility redeon 7500 even capable of playing gmod anymore? is there anything i can download to cure it for now? please i beg u for a response!!!!!
