So, to be clear... Whenever a person is checking out on our site, I can have the terms of use and conditions be displayed to them? How will that play out? Do they have to agree with them in order to continue with their purchase?

This page can be made to show up as a link in your menu under Information by default.

I don't know how to make the agreement a condition of completion of purchase, but I wonder if you could put html in a checkout page like checkout_confirmation and link to your Conditions of use page so you can at least ask the customer to read it before confirming .

I may be able to try it out in a few days unless you get to it first.
