Pleasant Bay, Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia

has anyone ever heard of a song called, i think, Cape Breton Bay? It was recorded by an irish singer, mary black or someone likeher. I am DARNED if i can recall the tune. i only heard it once on southern irish radio.

I live in Sydney, CB, Nova Scotia and have been over the Cabot trail numerous times. This past weekend we decided to stay in Pleasant Bay and go whale watching. We absolutely loved it and the village. We plan now to make Pleasant Bay our stop along the trail each year. The people there were great and we felt right at home.

I'm from Cheticamp and now live in Ontario and whenever I go home, I make sure never to forget to visit Pleasant Bay!!!!
