its a semi auto M82 or M107. The reason he has to cycle the bolt manually sometimes is since the Barrett is recoil operated, the bolt doesn't fully cycle and strip the next round off the magazine sometimes when firing blanks...

And concerning the recoil; the barret has 2 features that lowers the recoil dramatically, it has a very efficient rotating bolt combined with a huge gas piston, and the muzzle flash breaker removes o´ver 50% of the recoil. And one more thing: he's laying down on the ground shooting, and uses the built on bipod. SÅ DET SÅ!
